Quran and Science: Nobel Quran is The Word of Allah (The All-Wise)

Assalam-O-Alikum (May Peace and Blessings be Upon You)

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful

It is He who inspires the Heart. I sometimes used to think that, How Quran is valid for every generation to come? So as we know this era is the ‘technology era’ so I focused on the perspective of “Quran and Science”, it definitely removed my doubt and increased my iman and love for Allah Almighty.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مِنْهُ ءَايَـٰتٌۭ مُّحْكَمَـٰتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَـٰبِهَـٰتٌۭ ۖ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌۭ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَـٰبَهَ مِنْهُ ٱبْتِغَآءَ ٱلْفِتْنَةِ وَٱبْتِغَآءَ تَأْوِيلِهِۦ ۗ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ۗ وَٱلرَّٰسِخُونَ فِى ٱلْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ كُلٌّۭ مِّنْ عِندِ رَبِّنَا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ

… As for those well-grounded in knowledge, they say, “We believe in this ˹Quran˺—it is all from our Lord.” But none will be mindful ˹of this˺ except people of reason. [3:7]

Some of the verses were not clear in the past, but with the passage of time, things became clear. This is how Allah beautifully and openly explains the verses of The Holy Quran for our better understanding. It also serves as proof that the Holy Quran is The Word of Allah. Surely Quran is valid for every generation to come. Things have become more clear with time and research.

كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

This is how Allah makes His revelations clear to you, so perhaps you will understand. [2:242]

الٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

Alif-Lãm-Ra. These are the verses of the Book, rich in wisdom. [10:1]

The Creation of Universe and Life

.َ..  ۖوَلَمْ يَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ كَانَتَا رَتْقًۭا فَفَتَقْنَـٰهُمَا ۖ 

Do the disbelievers not realize that the heavens and earth were ˹once˺ one mass then We split them apart? … [21:30]

This verse supports the Big Bang Theory. In 1927, an astronomer named Georges Lemaître had a big idea. He said that a very long time ago, the universe started as just a single point. He said the universe stretched and expanded to get as big as it is now, and that it could keep on stretching.

In Surah Fussilat verse 09 till 12, Allah Almighty very beautifully explained, How He created The Universe,. Indeed He is The Lord of the Worlds. He is Al-Hakeem (The All-Wise) and AL-Muqtadir (The Omnipotent).

وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمَآءِ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ حَىٍّ ۖ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ...

... And We created from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? [21:30]

The World Water Council

"Water is life. All living organisms are predominantly made of water: human beings about 60%, fish about 80%, plants between 80% and 90%. Water is necessary for all chemical reactions that occur in living cells. It is essential for food production and all living ecosystems."

Skin: Pain Sensitivity

You would be surprised to know that verse # 56 of Surah Nissa has summarized the decades of study by the experts on 'Pain Sensitivity'. All the system lies in the Skin. If one part of it is true then the other is also true, this is also the proof of the existence of Hell. If there is Hell then there is also a Heaven because we know that Allah's Mercy is greater than His Anger.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِمْ نَارًۭا كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُم بَدَّلْنَـٰهُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَهَا لِيَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًۭا

Surely those who reject Our signs, We will cast them into the Fire. Whenever their skin is burnt completely, We will replace it so they will ˹constantly˺ taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is Almighty, All-Wise. [4:56]

Allah's warning is indirectly love for His Creation. Hence this verse proved that Quran is the Word of Allah and it also acts as proof of the existence of Hell and Heaven. It is a reminder that The Day of Judgment will come. His Words, Actions, Rewards, Punishments, and romises are true. He loves His Creation. Allah-Ho-Akbar! (Allah is the Greatest)

Ant Communication

The Holy Quran is rich in wisdom! After reading the verses we can see that Allah Talah has mentioned what the ant communicated to the fellow ants.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَخْفَىٰ عَلَيْهِ شَىْءٌۭ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ

Surely nothing on earth or in the Heavens is hidden from Allah. [3:5]

حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَتَوْا۟ عَلَىٰ وَادِ ٱلنَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌۭ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّمْلُ ٱدْخُلُوا۟ مَسَـٰكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَـٰنُ وَجُنُودُهُۥ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ

And when they came across a valley of ants, an ant warned, O ants! Go quickly into your homes so Solomon and his armies do not crush you, unknowingly. [27: 18]

The information provided approximately more than 1400 years back in The Quran is discovered in 2009 by University of Turin researchers accidentally. While studying the large blue butterfly they found out that ants talk to each other, they use some kind of language. The people who study insects are aware that the queen ant instructs the worker ants, this insight is mentioned in verse # 19. Butterfly larva signals like queen ant. The findings were reported in the journal Science.

...فَتَبَسَّمَ ضَاحِكًۭا مِّن قَوْلِهَا 

So Solomon smiled in amusement at her words... [27: 19]

How we see? (Light Reflects)

We know that light reflects from objects which makes it possible for us to see it. This scientific fact is mentioned in the Holy Quran in Surah Qaf verse no 6 till 8. Allah Ho Akbar!

وَٱلْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَـٰهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ وَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍۭ بَهِيجٍۢ

تَبْصِرَةًۭ وَذِكْرَىٰ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍۢ مُّنِيبٍۢ

..As for the earth, We have spread it out, and cast on it firm hills, and caused to grow therein every kind of delightful things, as a source of vision and as a lesson to every servant (of Allah) who turns (to Him for guidance). [50 : (7-8)]

The Iron

Scientific and Linguistic Miracle of Verse 25 of Surah Al-Hadid (The Iron). Allah (s.w.t) is the Almighty, All-Wise.

... وَأَنزَلْنَا ٱلْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌۭ شَدِيدٌۭ وَمَنَـٰفِعُ لِلنَّاسِ ...

... And We sent down iron with its great might, benefits for humanity…[57:25]

Earth (Core)

Astronomical findings have disclosed that the iron found in our world has come from giant stars in outer space. When the amount of iron exceeds a certain level in a star, the star can no longer accommodate it, and it eventually explodes in what is called a "nova" or a "supernova." These explosions make it possible for iron to be given off into space.

There are 114 Surahs in The Quran. 114 divided by two we get 57, which is center. Surah # 57 is Al-Hadid (The Iron)

The Earth is composed of a series of layers, and at the very center of it all is a large iron ball we’ve come to know as the inner core. The inner core is responsible for providing the Earth with a magnetic field. In 2014, geologists at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign have discovered an inner inner core. It’s still solid iron, it’s just composed of a different crystalline structure.

لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلَنَا بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ وَأَنزَلْنَا مَعَهُمُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلْمِيزَانَ لِيَقُومَ ٱلنَّاسُ بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۖ وَأَنزَلْنَا ٱلْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌۭ شَدِيدٌۭ وَمَنَـٰفِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُۥ وَرُسُلَهُۥ بِٱلْغَيْبِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِىٌّ عَزِيزٌۭ

Indeed, We sent Our messengers with clear proofs, and with them We sent down the Scripture and the balance ˹of justice˺ so that people may administer justice. And We sent down iron with its great might, benefits for humanity, and means for Allah to prove who ˹is willing to˺ stand up for Him and His messengers without seeing Him. Surely Allah is All-Powerful, Almighty. [57:25]

Human Blood (Heme Group)

The heme group comprises a protoporphyrin organic component and an iron atom in its centre. It gives muscle and blood their distinctive red colour. The Mb, a protein that stores oxygen Oxidation of the iron atom (Fe2+ -> Fe3+) is mainly responsible for the colour of muscle and blood.

Brain (Cingulate Gyrus)

Scientists have been finding out what part of our brain we use when we lie and deceive. This was only possible with the help of modern technology and equipment. So one of the main candidate is right above your forehead. It is called the cingulate gyrus involved in a lot of different functions. But what they find out is that when they knock this area out or they removed this area people no longer deceive or they do not deceive very well.

كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ

نَاصِيَةٍۢ كَـٰذِبَةٍ خَاطِئَةٍۢ

... We will certainly drag him by the forelock- a lying, sinful forelock (96: 15-16)

Allah's warning is indirectly love for His Creation. Hence it also proved that Quran is the Word of Allah and this verse is proof of the Day of Judgment. Allah-Ho-Akbar! (Allah is the Greatest)

Heart (Intracardiac Nervous System)

وَأَوْحَىٰ رَبُّكَ إِلَى ٱلنَّحْلِ أَنِ ٱتَّخِذِى مِنَ ٱلْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًۭا وَمِنَ ٱلشَّجَرِ وَمِمَّا يَعْرِشُونَ

And your Lord inspired the bees: “Make ˹your˺ homes in the mountains, the trees, and in what people construct [16:68]

إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكْرَىٰ لِمَن كَانَ لَهُۥ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى ٱلسَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌۭ

Surely in this is a reminder for whoever has a ˹mindful˺ heart and lends an attentive ear. [50:37]

The heart has its own “brain.” Now, scientists have drawn a detailed map of this little brain, called the intracardiac nervous system, in rat hearts. Nerve cells (yellow) that make up a heart’s “brain” cluster around the top of this reconstructed rat heart

Systems Biologist James Schwaber at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and colleagues were able to successfully image male and female rat hearts with a method called knife-edge scanning microscopy, creating detailed pictures of heart anatomy. Those images could then be built into a 3-D model of the heart.

Allah (s.w.t) is The All-Wise, He knows what to reveal, when to reveal, on whom to reveal, and how much to reveal. Allah-Ho-Akbar! (Allah is the Greatest).

ٱللَّهُ لَطِيفٌۢ بِعِبَادِهِۦ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْقَوِىُّ ٱلْعَزِيزُ

Allah is Ever Kind to His servants. He provides ˹abundantly˺ to whoever He wills. And He is the All-Powerful, Almighty. [42:19]
